At Miniatures, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your parcel at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
